Settings

How To: Configure your settings

Start the Fusion application.

Click Profiles

This is the Profiles screen.

You can configure your
Criteria, Prices, and Sounds
Settings by clicking the
buttons on the left.

This is the Criteria
configuration screen.

The criteria set here
determines if an item
qualifies as a BUY or PASS.

The Profit column determines
the lowest price for a given
rank range.

The NP (No Price) column
determines if the range
qualifies as a BUY if no price is
listed (no offerings on Amazon.)

For example, an item with
a sales rank of 150,000
would have to be worth
at least $7 to qualify as a

BUY.

An item ranked at 499,999
with a price of $8.50 would
be a PASS.

These settings may be changed
by clicking on them.

Once changes have been
made, click on Menu,

Save Criteria.

You can create as many
different Criterias as
suits your needs.

We have included three

default Criteria settings,

Normal, Aggressive,

and Conservative.

Normal is the settings we use.

Aggressive gives more BUYs.
Conservative gives more PASSes.

Click on Prices to change
your Price settings.

These are the prices for

Hardback, Paperback, music

CDs, DVDs, Video games, and
VHS tapes. This is the price
you will pay to purchase the
items.

The % is any additional
percentage you would like
to account for
(Amazon fees, for example.)

These amounts will be deducted
from the Lowest listed price
before being compared to your
Criteria settings.

This works really well with
stores that have set prices
(i.e. HB $1, PB $.25, etc.)

For other stores, this may
be more of a guidline, or you
may want to set them all
to zero.
You can save as many Price
Settings as you need.

You may want to have one for
every store you shop, or for
each sale you attend.
Click Sounds to configure
your Sounds Settings.

You can have a different sound
for each result.

Sound files are stored in
\Program Files\Fusion\Sounds\

You may add your own sounds.

Copy Wav files into the Sounds
folder. They will appear here.

You may save Sound file
settings, and change them
any time.

Say you have Normal, Safe,
and Crazy Criteria settings.

You have Prices defined for
Hastings, Bob's Books,
and Goodwill.

You have Sounds defined
For Monday, Tuesday, etc.

If you wanted to go Crazy

at Bob's Books on Friday,
here is where you would
set that up.
