Here is how to download media data to your PC and then
transfer the data to your phone or PDA using MS ActiveSync:
From a browser on your PC, go to your MyAccount Page. If you have a valid
database subscription, you should see a link to the Downloads page under Tools:
This will take you to the download page. Here, all available downloads are
listed. The files are grouped multiple ways. Select file that contains the
infromation you want to use and click the Download button next to that
filename:
The File Download dialog box should appear. Click save:
Select where to save the file. Click Save:
Now you need to extract the files from the compressed zip archive. Methods of
doing this vary from system to system. You may be able to double-click the file
and have it extract automatically.
Open the uncompressed folder. You should see the data files:
Highlight all of the files and select Edit,Copy:
Connect your device to your PC. ActiveSync should start automatically. Once you
are connected, click Explore:
Click on My Windows Mobile-Based Device.
Now you must locate your Storage Card. The name of the card depends on the card
type and the device. Click on the folder that represents your storage card:
Next locate the Fusion folder a click it:
Click Data:
Paste the files into the data directory:
The data files will now copy over to the device. This can take several minutes.
Once they have finished copying, you are all set.
